The main sources of exhaust gas pollution in the coating production line are drying furnaces, pre-treatment, spray painting room, leveling room and other places. The main pollutants discharged are volatile components of paint with difficult odor, thermal decomposition products and dust pollution in paint fog, and organic solvents that can form photochemical smog. In view of the above pollutants, in the face of such a current situation, the experts of Shanghai Transom put forward the following suggestions for improving the pollution of the coating production line. 1, as far as possible to use no organic solvents or organic solvent content of low paint, is the most effective way to solve organic solvent pollution, and reduce the amount of organic solvents, reduce the amount of organic solvent waste gas treatment, the waste gas containing high concentration of organic solvents concentrated treatment, diluted and then discharged to the atmosphere. 2. For the low concentration and large air volume exhaust gas discharged from the spray booth, most of the previous treatment methods used paint mist flocculant or surfactant treatment, but it is now recommended to use activated carbon adsorption method, or use activated carbon fiber bee wheel method to treat organic exhaust gas. 3, for the high concentration and small air volume of organic solvent exhaust gas emitted by the dry curing furnace in the coating production line, it can usually be treated by adsorption method, combustion method and catalytic combustion method. The current automatic painting production line generally needs to meet the requirements of constant humidity, constant temperature and clean air, but some relatively recommended painting production lines are difficult to do these points, which makes the workpiece after spraying is difficult to achieve satisfactory painting effect. In order to avoid problems such as orange peel or pinholes in the coating, we must control the temperature of the spray booth below 35 degrees Celsius and the humidity below 80% when spraying.
