First, the powder accumulated on the wall of the powder room is cleaned with a scraper, and the powder on the gun body is blown off with compressed air after sweeping into the color changing component. Remove gun nozzle and blow clean powder from bushing and discharge needle. Clean the powder in the powder room with compressed air. Check whether there are many powders recovered in the powder accumulation tank in the color changing component; If there are many, open the manual recovery to return the powder to the feeding cylinder. It is necessary to arrange the recovery pump and straw for each shift. The method is to unplug the recovery pump and arrange it alone. The remaining powder in the straw is blown back with compressed air. Check whether there is powder accumulation and caking on the screen of the rotating screen (or vibrating screen), if there is cleaning. Check whether there is wear and powder accumulation in the venturi throat; If available, replace the pipe and finish the powder. Color changer Pull out the color changer after completing the shift/daily finishing process. Clean the inside of the powder room with a non-fluffy cloth. Clean gun and pump parts with the same cloth. If conditions exist, it is best to replace the powder tube. Otherwise, the powder tube must be cleaned. Clean the powder inside the powder supply cylinder. Check whether all air pipes, powder pipes, electric wires and ground wires are connected properly. Add new powder into the powder supply cylinder to 2/3, turn over the fluidizing air, so that the powder fluidizes evenly. Take some waste workpieces and spray them first. After admitting that there is no problem, start spraying normally. Weekly protection and maintenance of powder supply cylinder: sort all the powder, clean and check whether the fluidization board is polluted. Watch out! When finishing the powder, do not use hard objects to scratch the fluidized plate. Otherwise, the fluidization plate will lose its effect.
Recovery components: remove all powder, clean, check whether there is powder, powder block in the transfer pump, if so, clean with compressed air. The powder on the filter element or replace the new filter element; Check whether the fluidization board is contaminated. When finishing the powder, do not use hard objects to scratch the fluidized plate. Otherwise, the fluidization plate will lose its effect.
