Surface pretreatment
In order to obtain the cleaning and protection of the workpiece surface before painting, it is necessary to prepare the workpiece surface by the actual pretreatment method. Powder house

Curing furnace
Melting and curing constitute the highly critical stages of the powder coating process. If good adhesion and corrosion resistance are to be achieved, the curing schedule recommended by the powder or liquid supplier must be strictly adhered to. Although the powder melts at about 100°C, curing requires a higher temperature, usually between 180°C and 200°C. If not cured enough, the quality will become brittle and easy to flake off. If the powder coating is exposed to harsh high temperatures, its color may change.
